TREATED AS IF WE had been..PUBLIC FIGUARES! Once again, we have been treated as if we had been sport, or public figures (no exaggeration). Here is how my experience went: I drop off the Suburban for our recommended service appointment, an oil change as well as a recall from GMAC. I also spoke with the Service Mgr. Dennis, I believe was his name, to look at a concern on the console of the Camaro even though this was a spur of the moment question for him, he took the time to investigate and is looking at getting the component replaced. Upon my initial to drop off the vehicle, your sales Mgr. came out to shake my hand and just to inquire how things are going and proceeded to put a Genthe plate on the Suburban himself due to the fact he remembered I requested one throughout the buy of the Suburban (initially a loaner). All this taking place with the service department being full of other consumers but you wouldn't have recognized it. I am never rushed out the door, but when I am strapped for time, I can get in and out of there in a hurry if needed, you just have to ask. This is an awesome perception for any customer to feel. I have bought vehicles, had service done, and body work on our various vehicles...I would like you to share our newest encounter to your Genthe team. We all get paid to do our job, but going beyond that, goes a long way in my book. We must always keep in mind - you can find 3 kinds of individuals: folks who make things take place, individuals who watch things take place, and folks who wonder what happened!
