The creamer was empty and I asked a girl within the reception area about a new one. She was Quite nice and got me one right away. TREATED AS IF WE were..PUBLIC FIGUARES! Once once more, we have been treated as if we had been sport, or public figures (no exaggeration). Here is how my encounter went: I drop off the Suburban for our recommended service appointment, an oil change as well as a recall from GMAC. I also spoke with the Service Mgr. Dennis, I believe was his name, to look at a concern on the console of the Camaro even though this was a spur of the moment question for him, he took the time to investigate and is looking at getting the component replaced. I am never rushed out the door, but when I am strapped for time, I can get in and out of there in a hurry if required, you just have to ask. This is an awesome perception for any customer to really feel. I have bought vehicles, had service completed, and body work on our distinct vehicles...I would like you to share our newest experience to your Genthe team. We all get paid to do our job, but going beyond that, goes a long way in my book.
